UKG ProTM Portal Access for Willoway Nurseries & Premier Plant Solutions Employees

To access our new UKG Pro portal to view your pay, personal, and company information starting with the
September 3, 2021 payroll, please follow the below instructions. You must follow the below steps BEFORE
downloading the UKG Pro mobile app. 

1. Go to: https://ew11.ultipro.com/Login.aspx
2. Enter company code WNI/PPS plus your Employee ID for your username. (WNI99902)
3. Enter your birthdate no dashes as your default password. (01011980)
4. Select Sign In to access the UKG Pro portal
 

5. After you hit sign in but ONLY during your first sign on it will have a 2nd authentication factor. You will need to pick
Text, Voice or Email and submit to receive a code to login

6. Enter in the code that you receive.

7. You will then be asked to create a new password.

8. Then you must select three challenge questions and answers. These are used if you ever need to reset
your password, they may ask you a challenge question in order to reset your password

Success! You should now be logged in the homepage will display.
