Need help?  Great, you're in the right place.

You can get help here in 1 of 2 ways, an email, or the helpdesk website.

1.  Send an email to help@wwninc.com - simply sending an email from your email client to help@wwninc.com will contact IT and create a helpdesk ticket at the same time and is the easiest method for contact IT.

2.  Use the portal at help.wwninc.com following these steps!

     a. Click the "New Support Ticket" link as shown here:

       b. Fill out the form.  Notice on the right that you can find related help topics based on what you enter in the subject

           box. I entered VPN so VPN related help articles are showing.  We will keep adding more content.

       c.  You'll know it worked because you'll get a confirmation email that looks like this:
