Do you want to check the status of your existing helpdesk ticket? It's easy, simply visit the helpdesk portal at http://help.wwninc.com.
The first time you must register your email on the portal to see your own requests. If you haven't done that you'll need to register. Just click the SIGN UP button in the top right corner and enter the needed info. Use your wwnin.com email for registration.
Once you've signed up, return to http://help.wwninc.com and login. Now click the link "Check Ticket Status" as shown here:
This will show you, by default, any OPEN tickets. If you want to see all tickets just change the top status to "All Tickets" or whichever option you prefer.
You can also click any ticket name to review or reopen a ticket if you need additional help with that exact issue.
