We were having issues with air printing from iPads and iPhones to some of the new copiers. We have resolved that but there is a one-time configuration that you will need to do.

The first time you try to print to each of the machines it will ask you for a username and password. The username should default to “willoway” and the password is also “willoway” (no quotes, all lowercase). Each machine will remember the login after you enter it once.

Also, you must select “B&W” printing since color printing is disabled on all but the Avon Office Reception and Greenhouse copiers.
