First, you will want to install the Duo Mobile Applications-

After it successfully installs, go to the text message from Duo you received and click the link-

The link will bring up the following page! Click “Open”-

Allow Notifications-

Click “Next”-

You will use your work email for your Account Name. For example, mine is mthomson@wwninc.com. Then click “Save”-

You did it! Your account has been created! But how does Duo work?

Let’s practice! Click “Practice now”-

The first practice asks What happens when Duo opens but you are not trying to log in. What would you do?

That’s correct! You “Deny” it because you are not attempting to sign in. Click “Next”-

Now, it asks what happens when you do attempt to sign in-

That’s correct! You “Approve” it because you are attempting to sign in. Click “Next”-

Great Job! You have completed the practice!

Next, it will ask you if you want the app to collect usage data. Click “Turn off”-

When this page comes up, click “OK”-

You are all finished!
