This article will guide you how to reserve the admin van on Outlook Calendar. Depending on which version of Outlook you use, you'll need to follow different directions.

First, click on the calendar on the left sidebar.


Next, click 'New Meeting' on the top left.


This will bring up a page where you can enter in meeting details. Click on 'required'.

Click on 'Admin Vehicle'

Once admin vehicle is highlighted, click 'Required' again at the bottom of this popup and then 'OK'.


Finish filling out the meeting information:

  • Enter company name for the title
  • Include all interested parties in required/optional
  • Enter start/end time and date
  • Click the send button

The admin vehicle will APPROVE the request if available or DENY the request if the slot is already reserved via email.



2. New Outlook

Click on the calendar on the side bar.


Then, click 'New Event' at the top.


In the 'invite attendees' section, search for Admin Vehicle. Click on them.

Once you have added admin vehicle, add a title, date, any extra attendees, and a start/end time.



Once all this information is filled out, click send.
